Youth Mental Health Clinician

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate CAMHS Practitioner to join our clinical team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a practitioner, you will work closely with children, young people, families, and carers to provide mental health services that cater to their unique needs. Your expertise in child development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and evidence-based models of mental health will be crucial in supporting our service users.
Main Duties:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Provide individual and group interventions to promote emotional well-being and resilience
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services
- Participate in routine outcome monitoring to inform clinical practice and service design
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate-level qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy, or psychological therapy
- Post-qualification experience in assessments, care planning, and interventions with children, young people, families, or carers
- Experience of multidisciplinary and multi-agency working, including risk assessments and management
Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
