Mental Health Workforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Workforce Developer to join our team at YMCA Trinity Group. As a Mental Health Workforce Developer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programmes for our partner organisations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a clinically trained professional to contribute to the development of our mental health services. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver training programmes that meet the needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programmes for our partner organisations
- Work closely with our team to design and deliver training content
- Provide support and guidance to supervisees to improve their practice
- Contribute to the development of our mental health services
- Certificate in Supervision and a minimum L4 in Counselling with experience of supervising Children and young people's work
- Able to travel as required for the role and deliver virtual supervision
- Able to work on a self-employed basis for the duration of each contract
- An estimated salary of £35-£45 per hour
