We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Core CAMHS Team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with mental health needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing mental health assessments and interventions to children and young people.
  • Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to develop personalized care plans.
  • Working within a clinical setting and adapting to different environments as required.
  • Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements
  • A registered qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing, social work, or occupational therapy.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
