Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Emotional Support Worker for Children to join our team at WhereToTalk. The successful candidate will provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 11 – 25, both individually and in groups. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies to improve their mental well-being and work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver seamless care. A salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per year (pro-rata) is offered, depending on experience. This role is based in Oundle and surrounding areas, with opportunities for flexible working hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing 1:1 and group counselling sessions to children and young people.
  • Working closely with clients to develop strategies to improve their mental well-being.
