About the Role

This role involves providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  2. Provide emotional support and promote social interaction among service users.
  3. Maintain accurate records of service user progress and report any concerns to management.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
