- Oversee the delivery of occupational health services, ensuring compliance with NMC standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
- Manage a team of occupational health professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH DEGREE/DIPLOMA & NMC REGISTRATION.
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams and developing policies.
- Experience in leading occupational health departments.
- Active NMC registration and full UK driving licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary:
£62,500 - £72,500 per annum, depending on experience.
