Clinical Lead for Rehabilitation Services in Gloucester

We're seeking a highly skilled occupational therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Rehabilitation Services in Gloucester. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing policies, protocols, and care pathways that align with best practices in occupational therapy. You'll also provide compassionate leadership to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways that align with best practices in occupational therapy
* Provide compassionate leadership to junior staff, including support staff and assistants, fostering a collaborative environment
* Ensure the successful completion of occupational therapy student placements, providing valuable learning experiences
* Support junior staff in completing appraisals and personal development plans, promoting career growth
Requirements:
* Occupational Therapy profession qualification
* UK HCPC Registration
* Extensive post-qualification clinical experience working with children and young people who have complex needs
* Expertise in occupational frames of reference and approaches
* Highly effective clinical reasoning skills
* Specialist knowledge of assessment and treatment models
* Experience working with neurodiverse individuals
