Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Rehabilitation Services in Gloucester. This role will involve:
* Developing and implementing policies, protocols, and care pathways that align with best practices in occupational therapy
* Providing compassionate leadership to junior staff, including support staff and assistants, fostering a collaborative environment
* Ensuring the successful completion of occupational therapy student placements, providing valuable learning experiences
* Supporting junior staff in completing appraisals and personal development plans, promoting career growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Occupational Therapy profession qualification
* UK HCPC Registration
* Extensive post-qualification clinical experience working with children and young people who have complex needs
* Expertise in occupational frames of reference and approaches
* Highly effective clinical reasoning skills
* Specialist knowledge of assessment and treatment models
* Experience working with neurodiverse individuals
