Job Title: Payroll and HR System Coordinator

Ntrinsic Consulting Europe Limited is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR System Coordinator to join its team. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a strong background in Oracle and iTrent, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR Payroll Systems, including answering client queries, diagnosing and resolving problems, and working with the system team to support upgrades and enhancements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business, with a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid work options, free eye tests, and a contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Payroll Systems, ensuring seamless operation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the system team to plan and implement system upgrades, Requests for Change, and System Enhancements.
  • Onboard new HR & Payroll customers, providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Some travel to client sites may be required.
  • Develop and present training materials and user guides.
  • Administer change governance controls to ensure safe change and release of quarterly releases.
  • Configure new functionality and fix issues in the system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with Oracle and iTrent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
