About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Systems Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for driving industry best practice across Mechanical and Electrical estate assets, including Statutory Compliance and Health and Safety processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and management of annual 12-month PPM planner for all M&E assets across multiple sites.
  • Oversee contracts with service providers for M&E services, ensuring quality standards and budget compliance.
  • Monthly reporting of M&E planned and reactive maintenance to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as M&E technical expert for maintenance and asset management, supporting the OPCC Estates FM team, Projects team, and Corporate Asset Management team.

Requirements

  • Qualified to degree level in mechanical, building services, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Membership of relevant professional organisations, such as CIBSE or IET.
  • Demonstrable expertise in hard Facilities Management in a multi-site environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of asset management and planned maintenance systems and protocols.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in multi-discipline Mechanical and Electrical systems and engineering, with 5 years in a senior role managing M&E professionals.

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is £58,191 - £64,644, and you will also be enrolled on to a local government pension scheme.
