Business Development Administrator

As a key member of the Talent Hire group, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Administrator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director Cement Commercial UK, you will provide professional administrative and back-office support to the Cement Commercial & Technical team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other sales tools to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective data management.
- Administration of cement bulk bag and cash sale enquiries, providing accurate pricing and product information to customers.
- Management of customer contact data, including market mapping, competitor activities, and NPS contacts to drive business growth and engagement.
- Maintenance of product information and marketing materials on customer information hubs (packed cement) to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
- Complaint logging and tracking to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI. A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity.
