Accounting and Business Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Business Administrator to join our team at the Robert Bosch Group. This role involves working closely with the Sales team to manage financial situations and ensure effective commercial control.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial situations for the Sales team in Powertrain Department
- Commercial control and invoicing for new JLR programme software and services
- Reporting and assisting the Software & Services Business Manager
- Assisting sales controlling department (SCC) in monthly invoice submissions
- Handling Salesforce acquisition process as part of senior management releases
- Online and onsite meetings with clients
- Regular presence at the Coventry office
Requirements:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or Master's degree in finance, business, or accountancy with a placement requirement
- Fully qualified UK Driving license is mandatory
- Basic PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Automotive industry knowledge is beneficial
