About the Role:

You will provide administrative support to the Cement Commercial & Technical team, working closely with commercial administration and technical managers. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM for cement bulk bag and cash sale enquiries.
  • Administering customer contact data, including market mapping, competitor activities, and NPS contacts.
  • Maintaining product information and marketing materials on customer information hubs.
  • Logging and tracking complaints.

About You:

We are looking for a strong IT professional with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI. Estimated salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
