About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with severe and complex learning difficulties. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a tailored learning environment that promotes academic and social growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet students' unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare resources and deliver lessons
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages active student participation

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in supporting students with complex special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Salary Information:
The daily rate of pay for this role is estimated to be between £90-£100 per day, based on your skills and experience.
