This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting SEN pupils in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to develop tailored plans to meet the individual needs of each pupil, ensuring they receive the support and care required to thrive academically and personally.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient demeanor. Previous experience working with children with special needs is desirable but not essential.
