We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who have cerebral palsy, epilepsy, physical disabilities and sight loss, and autism and learning disabilities.

About the Position

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to enable individuals to live independently and participate fully in society. This may involve providing assistance with daily living activities, mobility, communication, and other aspects of their life.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are met. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
