Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support the development and education of children in early years settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
