Corporate Sales Leader

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Leader to join our team in West London. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting group and MICE customers that will generate business for the hotels.
Job Description:- Provide direction and sales leadership to the sales team
- Proactively identify corporate accounts and develop strategies to increase sales
- Ensure proactive planning and execution of sales strategies
- Organise the corporate business travel activities
- Manage and train the Sales Managers
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales goals
- Must have experience as an Assistant Director or Senior Sales Manager with at least 5 years' experience in hotel sales and 3 years in corporate and MICE
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and lead a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong knowledge of the industry
- A dynamic and motivated individual who loves to network and drive sales
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits including discounts throughout the grounds and opportunities for career development within a international hotel group.
