Corporate Account Performance Excellence

We seek a seasoned Corporate Account Performance Leader to join our Intermediary Department in the UK. This role involves regular home-based work, visiting Corporate Accounts, key firms, and regional events.

Main Objectives:
  • Drive performance excellence by achieving targets and maximizing sales and relationship opportunities for Mortgage Sales.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with Corporate Accounts and their key firms, and deliver exceptional results across quality and quantity measures.
  • Support and lead the transformation of intermediary functions through strategic development projects.
Your Profile:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management within the Financial Services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the product and mortgage market.
  • Strong marketing and account management skills.
  • A proven track record of outstanding performance delivery.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
  • A natural relationship builder.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Package:
  • A salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • An annual bonus of up to 12%.
  • Pension matching up to 10%.
  • 26 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and up to 5 extra days.

  • Private medical insurance after 2 years' service.
  • 2 days' volunteering per year.
