We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Barista to join our team at 23-5 Degrees Ltd, a Starbucks franchise partner in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.

About the Role:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty drinks, sandwiches, cakes, and pastries to our customers.
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every moment is right for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience.
