About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior E-commerce Trading Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and be able to develop and implement effective trading strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

The role involves working closely with our e-commerce director to take ownership of on-site execution, leading communication with digital marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencers, CRM, and Social), and designing commercial plans to attract target users through all online marketing channels.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily monitoring of data and manage KPIs for all e-commerce metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse competitor landscapes, react to updates, and propose and implement changes to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support the development of commercial strategies for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing, and discount strategies.
  • Optimise on-site experiences and journeys for customers, driving engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce trading, with a strong understanding of online marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform trading decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A creative problem-solver, able to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
