SalaryWe offer an attractive salary in the range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
Job DescriptionYou will design and develop marketing strategies and commercial plans to attract target users through all online marketing channels, as well as support the development of marketing campaigns and strategies and drive our on-site and email messaging.
Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics is crucial. You'll also monitor the competitor landscape, reacting to any trading updates and proposing and implementing changes.
Supporting the commercial strategy for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategy is another key aspect of this role.
You'll operate as a specialist for the customer's expectations and demands, feeding those insights back to all digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid and organic social, influencer, video and content, affiliate, email, web design, web and software development and more) to optimise the overall channel marketing strategy.
Strong commercial awareness and numbers-driven thinking are essential for this position.
First-hand experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling the online strategy and marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email etc.) is highly valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Candidates must have a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
