The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cloud Computing, Networks, Security, Unified Communication, and products. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth in collaboration with HCLTech offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the NORAM Sales team to identify, qualify, and manage business opportunities.
  • Research, generate, and nurture leads by targeting new customers while upselling to existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key companies, business teams, and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrating how HCLTech solutions coupled with offerings that meet client requirements.
  • Create and execute territory coverage plans, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Partner to drive business development, identifying new markets for solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day business relationships, interactions with partners, and internal sales teams.
  • Establish and grow business relationships, specifically focused on PaaS, IaaS, and Unified Communications.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and contribute to business reports.
  • Lead large and complex deals, with an emphasis on Managed Services and Systems Integration.
  • Stay on top of network, security, and cloud trends, particularly on public and hybrid cloud platforms.

Required Skills:

  • 20+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development and techno-commercial roles.
  • Extensive experience in the NORAM market, specifically in Managed Services, networks, security, and cloud offerings.
  • Direct experience in Business Development and managing alliances with GSI partners.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Computing, Infrastructure solutions, and Unified Communications.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deals and working within matrix organizations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the CXO level.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling solutions across networks, security, and cloud services to enterprises or service providers.
  • Global business and outsourcing expertise, with the ability to manage large accounts and complex partnerships.
