We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior business development experience, preferably in search/recruitment or a similar environment.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and relationships.
  • They will source new clients and roles, facilitating introductions between new clients and consultants.
  • The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Search, Marketing, and Research Divisions to devise and implement BD and CRM strategies.
Requirements:
  • Prior business development experience is essential.
  • Degree-educated and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient work approach, and warm demeanor.
  • Natural rapport-builder with a team-working and commercial mindset.
