Business Growth Manager

VWA is a boutique recruitment consultancy with a family feel culture. We partner with London and international firms to support hiring needs in various sectors.
The Business Growth Manager will expand and diversify our search offerings by:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and relationships.
- Sourcing new clients and roles, and facilitating introductions between clients and consultants.
- Working with Search, Marketing, and Research Divisions to devise and implement BD and CRM strategies and campaigns.
- Meeting specific target KPIs.
- Understanding the recruitment market and our values.
- Maintaining integrity, honesty, and realism while pursuing targets.
Responsibilities
- Prior business development experience is essential, ideally from a search/recruitment or similar environment.
- Degree-educated (or equivalent).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using other IT programmes or databases.
- Strong attention to detail, efficient approach, and warm and approachable manner.
- Natural rapport-builder with a team-working and commercial mindset.
What You'll Get
- Core hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work beyond these hours if required.
- Hybrid working structure with 3 days office-based, but you will be fully office-based during onboarding.
- A competitive base salary up to £45K depending on experience and eventual participation in commission scheme and discretionary bonus.
