VWA is a boutique recruitment consultancy with a family feel culture. We partner with London and international firms to support hiring needs in various sectors.

The Business Growth Manager will expand and diversify our search offerings by:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and relationships.
  • Sourcing new clients and roles, and facilitating introductions between clients and consultants.
  • Working with Search, Marketing, and Research Divisions to devise and implement BD and CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Meeting specific target KPIs.
  • Understanding the recruitment market and our values.
  • Maintaining integrity, honesty, and realism while pursuing targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prior business development experience is essential, ideally from a search/recruitment or similar environment.
  • Degree-educated (or equivalent).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using other IT programmes or databases.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient approach, and warm and approachable manner.
  • Natural rapport-builder with a team-working and commercial mindset.

What You'll Get

  • Core hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work beyond these hours if required.
  • Hybrid working structure with 3 days office-based, but you will be fully office-based during onboarding.
  • A competitive base salary up to £45K depending on experience and eventual participation in commission scheme and discretionary bonus.
