Sales Administrator Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue
* Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic IT skills and knowledge of order processing systems
