Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £23,000- £26,000

Rochester

Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4pm. Early finish every Friday

Modern Open Plan Office, Free Parking & generous holiday allowance

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders efficiently, and managing customer complaints. If you have strong customer service, data entry, and administrative experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update customers on their orders via phone, email, and online portal
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Acknowledge customer orders in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with order-related queries
  • Manage customer complaints and request credit notes when necessary
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as needed
