The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing our Clik CRM system to effectively schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring that client specifications are met to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing service contracts
  • Coordinating work schedules for clients using Clik software
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Managing invoicing and purchase orders
  • Programming and scheduling service appointments for engineers
  • Implementing new job sheets
  • Preparing client correspondence
