About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery dates are met and advise customers in a timely manner if targets are at risk.
  • Answer customer queries by phone, letter, and email, creating new forms as needed.
  • Maintain the customer care database and implement professional office procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to use formulas to manipulate data.
  • Personable, team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexible and willing to support in all areas of the business.
