Salary: £250 per day (Outside IR35)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Linux machines
  • Build and configure hardware using MDM – InTune
  • Technical skills in YAML and GIT
  • Knowledge of Networks and VLANs
  • Perform joiner, mover, and leaver tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Service Desk role
  • Strong technical skills in Windows and Linux
  • Experience with MDM – InTune
  • Knowledge of Networks and VLANs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
