This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 (Basic) + Bonus, Benefits, Free Parking. The successful candidate can expect a flexible/hybrid working arrangement with limited evening and weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Writing suitability reports on a variety of case types (some assistance and templates available)
  2. Strictly complying with the Compliance and Training Competence Procedures of the firm
  3. Attaining and sustaining competent status
  4. Maintaining performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators

  • Study support – Cover of CII annual Membership, Exam and study materials and where possible some allowance for training time and support at work (repayable if the employee leaves within 2 years of the paid support)
