About the Role

iC Consult is seeking a highly skilled Senior Saviynt Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Identity-driven Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation: Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, addressing complex integration challenges and enhancing strategies through in-depth competitive analysis of IAM solutions.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates, ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions.
  3. Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues; customize Saviynt integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with product engineering and operations teams for effective resolutions.
  4. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities, and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
  1. Extensive IAM Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying Identity Management and Governance solutions, with at least 4+ years focused on Saviynt.
  2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Cloud Security, Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP), and Unix/Linux environments, with experience in scripting (Unix Shell/Perl) and automating batch jobs.
  3. Domain Knowledge: Expertise in IGA, including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  4. Customer and Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage directly with customers for requirement gathering and expectation management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical presentations and documentation.
