About the Role

The Director of Identity Governance is a critical position within Haleon, responsible for overseeing the governance aspects of Identity and Access Management (IAM) across the organization.

As a seasoned professional with at least 12 years of experience in IT and 8 years in cybersecurity, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive Identity Governance framework aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA. You will also utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on identity governance metrics, making informed decisions to improve governance mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Governance Framework: Create and implement an Identity Governance framework that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintain Compliance: Ensure all identity governance activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  3. Analyze and Improve: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on identity governance metrics, making informed decisions to improve governance mechanisms.
Basic Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is preferred.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a cybersecurity role focused on Identity & Access Management.

Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
