About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Identity Governance to join our team at Haleon. As a world-leading consumer health company, we are committed to delivering better everyday health with humanity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing visibility, segregation of duties, role management, attestation, analytics, and reporting, ensuring that IAM policies are not just enforced but are also transparent and auditable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Identity Governance framework aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  3. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on identity governance metrics, making informed decisions to improve governance mechanisms.
  4. Act as the IAM liaison with key business stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT, HR, legal, and operations departments.
Basic Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is preferred.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a cybersecurity role focused on Identity & Access Management.

Extensive experience in managing and leading teams responsible for IAM governance, compliance, and risk management.

Proven track record of developing and implementing IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Certifications:

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
