Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments in adult social care, utilizing strength-based approaches to identify solutions
- Develop creative strategies to address individual needs
Your Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 1 year post-ASYE experience and a Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW are mandatory.
Experience in safeguarding hubs, hospitals, community settings, and with older people and physical disabilities is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly salary for this position is £45.00 (PAYE payment options available).
