Job Title: Hospital Social Worker for County Discharge Team

Description: We are looking for an experienced hospital social worker to join our team in the county-wide discharge and assessment service. As a locum social worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to patients across the county.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work within the Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team, managing safeguarding enquiries and complex case work.
  • To provide support to patients and their families, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • A qualified social worker with hospital-based experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the county.

Benefits:

  • A competitive pay rate of £35 per hour.
  • Expenses for hard-to-recruit geographical areas (i.e., Cotswolds) - including accommodation/commuter mileage allowance.
  • Two weekly reviews of outstanding vacancies.
  • An option to be paid on either Wednesday or Friday.
