We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at International Logistics Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate routine maintenance and emergency call-outs with contractors.
  • Assist with site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collect and analyze data to produce reports and complete insurance questionnaires.
  • Update and maintain compliance records for certification audits.
  • Act as secretary to our Green committee, producing agendas and minutes.
Requirements
  • Proven administrative and secretarial ability.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Methodical and able to prioritize workload and tasks.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Able to deal with emergency situations.
  • Accurate, with attention to detail.
  • Able to travel to all ILG sites.
  • Previous experience of an EMS (desirable).
  • Experience of working to a budget (desirable).
