Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate routine maintenance and emergency call-outs with contractors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collect and analyze data to produce reports and complete insurance questionnaires, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Update and maintain compliance records for certification audits, ensuring seamless operations.
- Act as secretary to our Green committee, producing agendas and minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Proven administrative/secretarial experience, with strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Methodical and able to prioritize workload and tasks effectively.
- Forward thinking, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to emergency situations.
- Able to travel to all ILG sites, with a valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Previous experience with an EMS (desirable) and working to a budget (desirable).
