Facilities Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Contract Manager in coordinating service delivery and advising senior management on risks and mitigation actions.
  • Lead the Southern Region team, ensuring effective delivery of the Total Facilities Management (TFM) model across the estate.
  • Build organizational capacity, responsible for the delivery of services and maintenance of assets under contract.
  • Manage internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services exceeds customer expectations.
  • Evaluate data and operational performance stats, implementing action plans for out-of-line situations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Further/Higher Education
  • Sound management and interpersonal skills to provide leadership to the organization and subordinate staff.
  • Qualifications and/or membership of IWFM (Institute of Workplace Facilities Management)
  • Recognized Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH)
  • Experienced people manager with good leadership, team building, and communication skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
