Building Facilities Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery across the FM service delivery scope and advising senior management on perceived risks and mitigation actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Contract Manager in coordinating service delivery and advising senior management on risks and mitigation actions.
- Lead the Southern Region team, ensuring effective delivery of the TFM model across the estate.
- Build organizational capacity, responsible for delivering services and maintaining assets under contract.
- Manage internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services and exceeding customer expectations.
- Implement tasks efficiently and economically, monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
- Evaluate data and operational performance stats, implementing action plans for out-of-line situations.
Requirements:
- Relevant Further/Higher Education
- Sound management and interpersonal skills to lead the organization and subordinate staff.
- Qualifications and/or membership of IWFM (Institute of Workplace Facilities Management)
- Recognized Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH)
- Experienced people manager with leadership, team building, and communication skills.
- Good quality communication and presentation skills, strong capability to manage client and subordinate relationships.
- Experienced at managing budgets.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
