Building Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Carbon60.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a national facilities management company, delivering services to prestigious clients across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, advising senior management on risks and mitigation actions, and building organisational capacity to deliver high-quality services.
The ideal candidate will have relevant further or higher education, sound management and interpersonal skills, and experience in people management, budgeting, and health and safety.
They will also have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and subordinate relationships.
We offer a competitive salary, inclusive of car allowance, and a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, company pension, private healthcare, and a flexible benefits scheme.
The working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with the ideal candidate based in Northampton, Oxford, or Milton Keynes due to the reporting office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service delivery and advise senior management on risks and mitigation actions.
- Build organisational capacity to deliver high-quality services.
- Operational management of internal and external service delivery teams.
- Responsible for efficiently and economically implementing assigned tasks.
- Evaluate data and operational performance stats on a monthly basis.
- Relevant further or higher education.
- Sound management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in people management, budgeting, and health and safety.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage client and subordinate relationships.
