Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the international People and Culture strategy to support the evolution of our payments business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Managers to drive effective performance and achieve business objectives.
- Work with various lines of business to agree on performance management plans.
- Confidently manage stakeholders while navigating local nuances and complexities.
Requirements:
- Financial services experience in a small to medium-sized organization is mandatory.
- Willingness to support with administrative activities alongside more strategic elements.
- A proven track record of providing generalist HRBP support throughout a period of change or transformation.
- Exposure to Ex-co stakeholders in an international remit.
