About the Role

Village Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Membership Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a perfect match between our facilities and services and the needs of our potential new members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet potential new members, understanding their individual needs and wants, and tailoring your service and communication to meet their expectations.
  • Provide personalized tours of our facilities, showcasing the benefits and features of our leisure club and services.
  • Match our members' needs to our facilities and services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
