About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our Group Transformation team at JD Sports. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving complex initiatives across the business, supporting change delivery, and unlocking the JD strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assessing business impact, defining business requirements, and contributing to the design of solutions. You will also work closely with business stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Suppliers, Testers, and Product team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Strong business analysis experience, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or supply chain environments. A proven track record of establishing relationships, analysing perspectives, and managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds is essential. You should be a confident facilitator, influencer, and self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
