Financial Controller

Your new company is a highly ambitious and rapidly growing financial service SME based in Bury.
About the RoleIn this role, you will lead and develop the finance function to deliver detailed and timely financial information to senior stakeholders, including the board. This information will cover management accounts, KPI's, risk reporting, and any other ad hoc reporting supporting the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the finance function to deliver high-quality financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Business-partner with non-financial colleagues to drive the message about how their inputs directly impact the finance function.
- Manage a team of finance professionals to deliver management accounts to tight deadlines.
You will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have extensive experience in people development and performance management. You will also need to have a strong knowledge of financial standards and statutory reporting. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
