Are you a motivated and ambitious Personal Trainer looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work in a dynamic and award-winning gym chain that is revolutionizing the fitness industry? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Fitness Coaches and Self-Employed Personal Trainers.

As a Fitness Coach, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis, working 12 hours a week, and will receive a monthly salary. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class member experience, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes. In return, you will receive a range of industry-leading benefits, including a contracted salary, annual leave allowance, and free gym membership.

As a Self-Employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business, with access to one of the fastest-growing member bases in the fitness industry. You will pay a monthly rent and will be supported by our dedicated PT Business Support team, who will provide business courses, insight, advice, and coaching to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class member experience as a Fitness Coach
  • Build and grow your own Self-Employed Personal Training business
  • Work closely with our PT Business Support team to achieve business goals
  • Develop your leadership skills through our management career progression programmes

Requirements:

  • Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification
  • Passion for fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
