About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work efficiently to receive and process deliveries, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively.
  • Proactively maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve store performance.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
