About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Saturday Showroom Host at our luxury Aston Martin, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients, and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy showroom, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Develop a basic knowledge of our luxury brands, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide informed support to our sales team.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
