Saturday Showroom Host Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a Saturday Showroom Host to join our team at JCT600. As a Saturday Showroom Host, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering a high standard of care and attention to detail.
- Look after and provide refreshments to customers and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist as necessary to maximise the customers' comfort while they are on site.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer basic sales and service enquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach.
