Saturday Showroom Host Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a Saturday Showroom Host to join our team at JCT600 Brooklands. As a Saturday Showroom Host, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering basic sales and service enquiries and directing customers to the most appropriate colleagues.
  • Look after and provide refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
  • Assist as necessary to maximise the customers' comfort while they are on site.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services to answer customer enquiries.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing areas to maintain the desired image of the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach.
